The platform

The philosophy behind the Secured Sharing platform originates from defense and supports four basic phases in an infinite loop:

1) Observe and collect information
2) Orientate & correlate
3) Decide based on available information
4) Act by giving orders or requests

This is the basis of our platform on which almost all contemporary organizations can act more effectively and efficiently.

  1. Observe - To acquire information we integrate existing information resources from the organization or public/thrid party resources. These can be sensors, or existing information in databases that can be shared with the platform via various standards. Information therefore does not have to be local or centralized; the platform supports centralized, distributed or hybrid architectures.
  2. Orientate - Correlating or editing the collected information ultimately produces useful information. This provides an interpretation of reality. Operators may be supported by abnormality algorithms and a clear dashboard. In addition, the platform simultaneously provides multiple dashboards for different roles, purposes and functions.
  3. Decide - Operators can make a decision through the orientation phase or the platform can act independently based on pre-set work processes. Decisions of a more critical nature will always have to be made by people. All decisions are logged in an incident management system.
  4. Act - An incident management system is used to act promptly and as soon as possible. Partners can be managed by assignments and/or information sharing. Depending on the 'use case', information is shared on 'need to know'.

One platform
The platform enables integration and configuration for gaining insight and control. Whereas the software has a uniform interface for connecting people, sensors and/or data. The dynamic environment serves multiple functionalities simultaneously, is secured and offers a simple interface for sharing and control. A multi-user, multi-stakeholder approach is used to display information on a 'need to know' or 'need to share' basis. This platform is scalable and easy to expand by connecting to new or older existing systems.  The platform facilitates the flow of information and dashboarding. 
The support of algorithmes, sensors and other applications enable information enrichment. And the results can be presented via different presentations like virtual reality, augmented reality, etc.


The data and its use are different aspects that have been included in the design. They have been decoupled from the start so that the platform can serve multiple 'portals' for different users or different information owners. It is possible to bring together information from different parties and only share it with authorized persons without the intervention of system administrators. As a result, each user group gets the picture and workflows of what is functionally needed. Simple configurable workflows or messages allow users to quickly use the platform optimally.

Information can shared (and revoked) partially or as a whole on 'need to know' basis.  


The use of standards simplifies integration of existing information sources. Non-standards can be integrated as well though. 


Information that is released can by shared through configurable dashboards or via API's to use in legacy dashboard systems.  


Sharing information is possible between organizations with different security levels to enlarge collaboration.


Support of different roles due to  access to different information resources or task management. Each role has unique security level (need to know).
